So who am I? It's pretty simple really……My name is George Atsis. I was born and bred in the South East burbs of Melbourne. I have been working in the Health and Fitness industry for over 26 years.
Growing up, I always admired a strong and healthy physique and not surprisingly ended up working on the gym floor at a local Health Club. I soon began immersing myself in the world of Health and Fitness and did everything from Reception, Aerobic Classes (inc. purple tights) to teaching Self Defence and even entering my first Bodybuilding Show.
Those years played a critical role in my understanding of training but importantly taught me to recognise the opportunities of those people who turned up to each of my sessions, classes etc. I became passionate about influencing the goals of those people and felt a sense of fulfilment each time we achieved our targets.
I turned that passion into my life……. exercise has been and will continue to be part of me for ever. I share this vision with my beautiful wife Ange and three boys Nikolas, Jonathan and Lucas.

Cross Trainer – The Ultimate All Rounder……. Be Prepared to challenge yourself by completing a combination of Hi/Lo Intensity Exercises that promise to “shake up” unwanted fat stores and condition muscle……Boot Campers wouldn’t stand a Chance!
Body Boxer – A High Intensity Cardio Workout utilizing “Old School“ Circuit Training, Punch/kick Combo’s and loads of Sexy Sweat……Mike Tyson and Jackie Chan would be afraid!
Strength Champ – Effective results based workouts designed to develop muscle and educate team members on various training principles……Do not attempt if you hate looking into mirrors. Flexing is compulsory! Only Gaggin!

After a lot of false starts with personal trainers, I met George and have never been more immediately engaged by a fitness professional. I've been training with George for the past three years and not only do I always look forward to an enjoyable and challenging workout each and every session, but I know I am pushing myself with a trainer who cares about me and knows my physical strengths and weaknesses.
I have had many injuries in the past and George is always on the ball with alternatives to provide me the environment to continue actively participating in the workouts. George's enthusiasm is infectious. Our regular Saturday group session is by far the best way to kick off a weekend.
George knows how to motivate me. He makes each training session challenging but rewarding & is focused on helping me achieve my goals. Always ensuring my technique is correct to avoid any injuries. The group are a great bunch of people to train with & always motivating one another, the sessions are fun and the time flies by. I look forward to every session.
